Last Friday Akshay Kumar and Tamannaah Bhatia starrer ' Entertainment ' hit 2800 screens in India, resulting in the decent box-office collection over the first weekend of its release.

' Entertainment ' took off the pile with INR 9.25 Crores on Friday with just 35% theatre occupancy, but the festive weekend made the film flared at the box-office with an overall weekend collection of INR 33.5 Crores with 65% occupancy.

The film is running very well in North and Central India, where Akshay Kumar 's popularity is at the peak. People have different reasons to go for this ' Entertainment ' treat, some want to give a laughing exercise to their jaws while others want to watch it for twinkling Tamannaah. Also, the film has grasped attention of tiny minds with the golden retriever dog- Entertainment; kids are literally pulling their parents towards the theatre to watch the wonders of this four-legged creature.

' Entertainment ' failed to please the critics, still we hope it performs well on the commercial front as next Friday ' Singham Returns ' will get it uprooted from the single screens. Till then, the field is clear for ' Entertainment ' to earn at the extreme.
