Since its March 11 release, has been reaching new pandemic era milestones every day. The film has already surpassed the Rs 100 crore mark, and it has added Rs 19.15 crore to its total collection on its eighth day of release.

On day eight, The Kashmir Files, which depicts the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits from the Meadow, has earned more money than Aamir Khan's Dangal. It earned Rs 19.15 crore on the eighth day of its official launch, which is comparable to the eighth-day earnings of SS Rajamouli's magnum opus Baahubali: The Conclusion.

Despite stiff competition from Akshay Kumar's latest release Bachchhan Paandey, Taran predicts that The Kashmir Files will easily exceed the Rs 150 crore mark on its second weekend.
