This ex-beauty queen is an Indian actress and model. Nikita Anand is born in 1983 in Punjab. The father of the actress, Brigadier S. S. Anand is a medical professional in the Indian Army. Nikita studied in multiple schools due to the constant transfers of her father in different cities like Mumbai, Jharkhand, Delhi and Pune. She is having an elder brother Jasneet Anand.

The beauty is very obsessed with the high-end watches and keeps on collecting them, when she finds an attractive piece. Among the famous brands, Guess watches and IWC are her favorite watch brands. Dubai and Kuala Lampur are her preferred shopping destinations.

At the age of just 13 years, Nikita Anand was crowned as Miss Ranchi. She started her dietary regime, when she was studying in class 10.

In the year 2013, Nikita won the Femina Miss India contest. Nikita received a chance of representing India at Miss Universe pageant held in Panama. In this contest, the eminent fashion designer Ritu Kumar designed the outfits of Nikita Anand, while the western outfits and evening gown was designed by Ashley Rebello. The event was also attended by several renowned personas like Dr. Jamuna Pai, Dr. Sandesh Mayekar, Dr. Anjali Mukherjee, Doris Godambe and Sabira Merchant.

Nikita received her first break in Bollywood, when she was busy with her other assignments like walking the ramp, print modeling and playing the host of cricket and fast cars shows on the small screen. Nikita did anchoring for the shows like 'Cup Tak' on Star News, 'NASCAR' on Zee Sports, 'Lage Raho India' on Star News and 'Cricket Tri Series' in Malaysia. Dabur Vatika was the TV ad in which Nikita appeared in. Nikita Anand was host of the car shows like 'Auto Expo 2006' of Ford in Delhi, 'Mahindra & Mahindra' and 'SAARC Car Rally Summit 2007'.

'Dil Dosti Etc' (2007) was her very first Hindi movie alongside Shreyas Talpade. In this flick, she essayed the role of an extrovert college student Prerna. Taran Adarsh praised her performance in this movie, though it was flop at the box office.

Post this flick, she appeared in some other films like 'Khallas', 'Life Mein Kabhie Kabhiee' and 'Ek Second...Jo Zindagi Badal De'.
