Suman Ranganathan Biography

Suman Ranganathan is a famous model and actress. She mainly works in Kannada , Malayalam and Tamil films. She has worked in some Hindi films as well. Suman was born on 26th July 1974 in a Kannada family in Bengaluru.

Suman made her acting debut with the Kannada film 'Santa Shishunala Shareefa' in 1989. The film was a hit and it won many awards. Suman's role was small in the film but was appreciated. She then continued acting in many Kannada films. Her role in 'C B I Shankar' was very well appreciated and after that offers flooded to her.

Her noted Hindi film was 'Fareb' in 1996. This was her debut film in Bollywood. She was also seen as a spoilt brat in 'Aa Ab Laut Chalen' in 1999. Her performance in this film was applauded. Her most remembered performance came in the film 'Baghban' in 2003. She played a selfish daughter in law in the film. The film was hit and Suman's performance was noted by one and all. Suman then went on to become one of the Jury for Mr. India World competition in 2007. Suman married to Bunty Wallia but the couple separated shortly after marriage.
