She is the hot bombshell from across the border, who has turned on the heat in India, since a couple of years. She is none other than the hot and gorgeous Veena Malik. Veena Malik was born in 1984 in Rawalpindi in Pakistan. She gained her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology and Persian.

Before commencing her career as an actress, she has done comedy for various TV shows in her country. She got her first break in film in 2000 with 'Tere Pyare Mein' a Pakistani film, which was only a local hit. In 2002, she was seen in 'Yeh Dil Apka Huwa', yet another Pakistani film. She also starred in a 2003 Indo-Pak film which couldn't do much at the box office.

In the decade of 2000s, she was seen in several other Paki films such as 'Koi Tujh Sa Kahan' and 'Ishq Beparwah'. She also acted in Pakistani Punjabi films as well. In addition, she was also active on the small screen in her home country on channels like Prime TV and Geo TV. However, her first stint in India came with Big Boss Season 4. That was the time when her relationship with Ashmit Patel was being made into a great public discussion.

With 2011 came the Cricket World Cup, where she was a part of a related reality show known as 'Big Toss'. In the same year, she was accused by an Islamic mufti getting herself engaged immoral behavior. However, Veena hit back with a force to these allegations. She was going to do another TV show, but this time in India. The show known as 'Veena Ka Vivah', was called off as the channel was to be closed down.

However, this bombshell from across the border had her share of controversies too. The front cover of the FHM magazine had her nude photo, with a tattoo reading 'ISI' on her forearm. For this debacle, she sued the magazine. In 2012, the FHM India magazine ranked her on the 26th position in its "100 sexiest women list".

She has also contributed in philanthropy by being a WHO representative for two years. In addition, she is also sponsoring a child through the Pakistani NGO 'SOS Children's Village', which works for orphans.
