Story : The story of this film is about a medical college and what torture and humiliation new students have to face in the name of ragging. And something more is added in this film which creates suspense and keeps you hooked.

Abhimanyu (Rajvir Arora) and some other medical students get admission in a medical college but soon after their entry in the medical college their seniors, in the name of ragging, start torturing and humiliating them. No body can stop the old students from ragging. Chris (Imaad Shah) enjoys ragging his juniors but Abhimanyu is not scared of him. This irritates his seniors and they want to teach him a lesson so they start harassing him more.

Aniruddh(Nishikanth Kamath) is a professor in that college who teaches psychiatry but he not a permanent professor. His wife is also a lecturer (Tisca Chopra). Prof. Aniruddh supports Abhimanyu and wants to protect him from the ragging of Abhimanyu's seniors.

Aniruddh's wife also favours Abhimanyu. Twist comes in the film when Abhimanyu has to move into the room number 404 to stay in that. There is a mystery about this room. This room remained locked for many days because Gaurav, a student, had committed suicide in that room. People say that Gaurav's ghost is active after his death. Abhimanyu does not believe in supernatural tings or spirits hence he is not afraid of ghosts but his seniors want to scare him. But what happens later is quite thrilling and that makes the rest of the film. Does ghost exist? Were the seniors able to scare Abhianyu? Or something else happened!

Abhimanyu doesn't believe in ghosts so does he change his mind?

What is the mystery of that room?

The answers of such questions make the remaining part of the film.

Performance : Nishikanth Kamath is a film director who had earlier directed DOMBIVALI FAST which was highly appreciated. No one knows why he didn't direct any other film but his acting in this film can also be appreciated. Many directors such as Anuraag Kahsyap etc are trying their luck in acting also which is working and so is the case with Nishikanth Kamath. He has done his part well.

Imaad Shah has also acted well. Tisca Chopra is okay. Rajveer Arora has done good job.

Music : Though there are no songs in the film, background music of the film is according to the subject. Lighting and cinematography is also according to the subject.

Direction : This is the first film directed by Prawaal Raman and he has also written its script. When a writer is also the director, either the film is going to be good or bad. N this case the film turns to be good. Prawaal Raman successfully managed to create suspense in the film which is really watchable.

Plus Point: It is a different kind of thriller which you would like. Even though this is a low budget film it is better than high budget films which released earlier this year. It is better to have a good film in low budget and small star cast than bad films in high budget and big star casts.

Minus Point: The title of the film is misleading and doesn't attract audience until the audience knows about it from others. The title denotes about an error of internet 404-Error not found. This is known by internet users only. What about them who do not know about it?

Verdict : Go for it if you love watching good thriller/horror.
