Department Plot
Alarmed at the hitherto unobserved growth in underworld criminal actions some officers of top ranks, which also include the home minister, the home secretary, and the director general of police.. They conduct a top secret meeting in which they take make a plan to generate a new unit which would be unofficially called to as 'The Department'.
The story of the film 'Department' is a story of a frightening authority fight back within the intestines of the mother of all powers the police 'Department'.
