Hardik too knows what the girls' nature. He very soon anticipates what the girls can do against him. So he finds some remedy to save himself from their trap.

The fight between the boss and his employees have been tried to show us in comedy style.

It is true that in most offices, especially in metros, women have to face such problems. Not all, but most bosses keep lustful eyes on their female employees and take chance to make their bed partners. This happens in different kind of offices. But only film industry is blamed for this. Even a teacher tempts his girl student to give her good marks in exchange of sexual favors from her. Many lady nurses and have been exploited by their senior doctors. Thus the theme is good but it has been written in bad style.

There are many double meaning dialogues due to which family should abstain from this film. There are very cheap scenes due to which only a limited number of audience would go to watch the film.

The writers of this film are Pankaj and Sachin who have already written films like APNA SAPNA MONEY MONEY & KYA KOOL HAIN HAM. KYA KOOL HAIN HUM too had many vulgar scenes (double meaning scenes); but some people liked that film so the writers got inspiration to write films like that.

The theme of the film was good and could have been made a better film but it is not like that.  Neither the direction of the film is up to the mark nor the screenplay.

The director has made his actors to over act in this film. Though Javed Jaffery has performed well, he doesn't look lecherous from any point of view and the director should be blamed for it and the make up department. Javed Jaffery is good in comical roles but not in lecherous role.

Esha Koppikar has looked beautiful and done her part very well. Gul Panag is also okay in her looks and acting. Celina is also up to the mark. Due to her age she doesn't look so young yet she has maintained her beauty and acted well. Divya Dutta too is appealing and has justified her part.

Chunky Pandey fits the character of Celina Jetly's unfortunate lover.

The climax of the film is weak.

It seems that makers of this film were confused while the execution of the film. They didn't know what they were making. Though the story begins with the theme but it leaves the main theme and wanders in some other track.

The music of the film is average. Pritam is s good musician and has given hit songs earlier but no one knows what happened to him in this film.

In the climax part Sunny Deol has been introduced as cameo. In this manner Sunny Deol has been wasted. It seems just to distract viewers' mind, Sunny Deol has been introduced.
Hello Darling is a deliberate copy of Hollywood movie Nine to Five which was released in 80s.
The producer of this film is Ashok Ghai and the director is Manoj Tiwari. As mentioned above, the main casts of this film are Javed Jaffery, Esha Kopikar, Celina Jetly, Gul Panag, Divya Dutta, Sunny Deol, Chunky Pandy etc.
It is wastage of time and money watching this film in theater. Wait for its satellite release.
