Rating: 1.5/5

One Line Review: Laughter being forced on the audiences in this comedy of errors with no comedy.

Positive Points: A couple of lines in the film can make you giggle, Javed Jaffrey's role.

Negative Points: Poor acting, nonsensical and foolish lines.

Plot: International terrorist, General Kopa Bhalerao Kabana is extremely upset with a girl, whom he tried to propose but failed as she went ahead to marry the son of a rich businessman. Now he wants to teach them a lesson, for which he hires hitman Carlos (Javed Jaffrey), who is an international criminal of the top order. Whoever calls his name is immediately killed and he is referred to as the "Big C". However, this doesn't go well with one of his aides, Monty Karla (Vijay Raaz), a Delhi businessman and a gangster, who decides to clear Carlos out of his way.

On the other hand, detective Joe B Carvalho (Arshad Warsi) who lives with this old blind mother (Himani Shivpuri) in Bengaluru is assigned a task by Khurana (Shakti Kapoor) to help find his daughter who has eloped with his cook Ramlal.

Inspector Shantipriya Phadnis (Soha Ali Khan), who is Joe's ex-girlfriend, has been assigned the job of catching Carlos, for which she raids the hotel where Carlos has arrived and incidentally where even Joe has been asked to find Khurana's daughter.

Trouble begins when there are misunderstandings regarding Joe's identity and this causes a total chaos and trouble till the end.

Direction And Other Technical Aspects: There isn't much to say about the direction, except that it is quite average. The same goes for an average cinematography. Both these crucial technical aspects, which are nothing more than average, render the film mediocre.

Performances: The characters which are suppose to have a humorous role in the film, unfortunately deliver the usual performance, narrating their poorly written silly dialogues, in the name of humor.

Nothing much can be said about the performances of Arshad Warsi and Soha Ali Khan as they are pretty average.

Javed Jaffrey's role in the character is humorous and perhaps this is what makes the film a bit funnier to watch. However, the character's intro dialogue "Maut, Potti aur Carlos kahi bhi aa sakte hain", degrades the film to not only a level of cheapness, but also downright stupidity.

Music: The song 'Saiyyaji ki late night party' is the only one in the film which one can enjoy. Thanks to lyricist Amitabh Bhattacharya, that he has filled the void of quality in the film with atleast something that people can enjoy.

Final verdict: The film is nothing more than a waste-of-time comedy flick, which you can happily watch if you have two and a half hours of free time. On the other hand, there are certain elements of comedy that make the film watchable such as Javed Jaffrey's split personality character and dialogues. But on the overall, the film still sucks.
