Storyline
Rocks, who is an ambitious film director, wants to make a horror erotica in a mansion with Sunny and Karan in the lead and Satya, as the script writer. However, things turn horrifically ugly when they experience the paranormal and face the inevitable. The movie is the concluding story of a haunted mansion infested by a vicious spirit, which torments a film crew and shows them what hell on earth feels like.

One Line Review: A bone chillingly scary horror flick mashed with sensuous erotic masala that you won't forget any sooner! Positive Points: Impressive and praiseworthy use of horror concepts and techniques; those goose bump giving thrills you have been looking for; that much expected dose of erotica; sexual jokes and adult-comic sequences that will make you laugh out loud. Negative Points: Absence of the old real time shooting as in part one; a couple of unnecessary and foolish sequences are a bit of a turn off; insertion of Bollywood-ish sound effects and dialogues keep the film from reaching its top potential.
