Mithun Chakraborty plies an auto to look after his younger brother Manish Wadhwan's education and becomes a masked looter in the night. Manik Bedi on the other hand is an honest cop in the day and turns corrupt by night to look after his sister Amita Nangia as he wants to marry her off. Both Mithun and Manik turn colors. .
