Move on from the usual two hero films and get set to witness the eccentric duo of Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor in the film, 102 Not Out . The teaser dropped a few moments ago and what a breath of fresh air it is. The teaser shows Amitabh as a 102-year-old man, who is full of life, enthusiastic and a happy-happy person, whereas, on the other hand, we see Rishi Kapoor , who is in his 60’s, a little stressed and a usual old person. But the movie is just not like any other old-age drama, it showcases the beautiful father-son relationship where the 102-year-old father (Bachchan) takes care of his 60 years son (Kapoor). But what makes the storyline more interesting is the fact that the father is sending his 60 years old son to an old-age home so that someone better could be his caretaker. Well, the 1: 02-minute teaser is the most unusual and unique thing you will ever witness, have a look.

Umesh Shukla of the ‘ OMG Oh My God ’ fame directs and co-produces this film through his Benchmark Pictures, alongside Treetop Entertainment and Sony Pictures. The film is based on a Gujarati stage play by Saumya Joshi, about a father and son love story. Joshi wrote the adapted screenplay. “The idea of adapting (the play) into a Hindi feature came from the fact that the relationship between a parent and a child is universal and the one where love supersedes everything else, including age! Amitabh Sir and Rishi Sir together are a dream cast for anyone,” said Shukla

The movie marks the reunion of Bachchan and Kapoor after a long hiatus of 27 years. The duo was last seen in the Shashi Kapoor directed fantasy film, Ajooba .
