Young Bollywood actor Imran Khan , who is known for sharing his analytical views like uncle Aamir, speaks his mind about the present scenario. According to Imran the type of cinema which is being made and being accepted by the audience is the best phase of Bollywood. The star confessed that the acceptance of audience matters the most to him or any other actor.

Imran is happy that many talented directors and writers are coming up and the viewers are receiving them well and considers it to be the best time to enter the industry."If a ' Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola ' or a ' Delhi Belly ' would have been made 15 years back, it would not have fared well at the Box-Office. We live for getting the appreciation of the audience and we want them to remember each character we play. But ultimately, success or failure lies in the hands of audiences" the actor disclosed. Imran confessed that he select to do a movie asking himself whether he would have gone to see such movie as an audience."Bollywood has changed considerably. Earlier, the film's success was measured by what jubilees it lasted in theatres. Now, it is decided within the first 3 days of its release. Before, the big movies were released with 300 prints but now even a small movie is released with 600 prints and a mega one release with about 3000 prints" Imran added. Imran opined that nowadays it is not about how long the film last but rather how many people watch the movie.
