Janhvi Kapoor will make her South debut with Jr NTR in the forthcoming Pan India blockbuster, ‘Devara’, which also stars Saif Ali Khan.

Janhvi Kapoor appears to be following in the footsteps of her late mother Sridevi, who had a successful career down South as a superstar, by acting in South remakes and now making her debut in the business. The actress was confirmed as the leading woman in Jr. NTR's highly awaited film, ‘Devara’, which would also mark Saif Ali Khan's debut in South. While it was widely reported that the actress had begun the second schedule of the film, she took to Instagram to reassure her fans that she had finished filming.
Janhvi Kapoor frequently informs her fans about her next projects and keeps them up to speed on her filming schedule. Similarly, Janhvi came to Instagram on Sunday, when she was spotted 'relaxing' on her couch with her yummylicious dessert and enjoying a low-key movie night after a strenuous ‘Devara’ schedule. Janhvi captioned the photos on her Instagram account, "Nothing like a tres leches and a movie night after a fulfilling schedule wrap #Devara" with a heart emoji.

About ‘Devara’:
Speaking of ‘Devara’, the picture is scheduled to be divided into many parts, the first of which will be released in April of next year. The film, directed by Kortala Siva, also stars Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko, and Abhimanyu Singh, in addition to the two actors and Saif Ali Khan. It is set to be released in five languages, including Hindi, in cinemas worldwide on April 5, 2024.

In the meantime, in addition to ‘Devara’, the actress will next be seen in ‘Mr. and Mrs. Mahi’, which is also set to be released in 2024. ‘Ulajh’, a film starring Gulshan Devaiah and Roshan Matthews, is also in the works for the Kapoor lady.
