Kerala State Awards: Dulquer Salmaan Showers Praises For Mammootty As He Wins Best Actor Award (Details Inside)

The 53rd Kerala State Film Awards presented the Best Actor prize to veteran actor Mammootty. He received the Best Actor award for his work in the critically praised movie 'Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam,' directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery.
Everyone was overjoyed by the news. Dulquer Salmaan took to Instagram to congratulate his father on his exceptional victory and posted a photo of him with the caption "Bestest."

Saji Cherian, the minister of cultural affairs for Kerala, announced the 53rd Kerala State Film Awards winners on Friday. As the best film, 'Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam' won the prize. For the movie 'Ariyippu,' Mahesh Narayanan won the Best Director award. The Best Actress prize went to 'Vincy Aloshious' for Rekha.
Along with singer Jasleen Royal, Dulquer Salmaan will appear in the upcoming love song 'Heeriye.' He posted the song's poster to Instagram with the caption, “The big reveal is here!! HEERIYE from our hearts to yours...out on 25th July.”
When discussing the song, Dulquer had stated, “Heeriye is a very special song. I instantly fell in love with the tune, the concept of the music video and definitely the soothing voices of Jasleen and Arijit. It is a quintessential love song and I am glad to be associated with Jasleen Royal and Warner music India for this beautiful melody. I'm excited to see audiences’ reaction to this beautiful love song.”

Arijit Singh and Jasleen Royal are the singers of the song. On July 25,2023 the love song is scheduled for release.
