Unexpectedly, Samantha Ruth Prabhu will take a little hiatus from her work for a few months to concentrate on her health. Samantha has maintained her commitment to her career since 2022 while facing all personal trauma and health concerns.
She has accomplished all of her work duties. She will reportedly take a little hiatus from work now to focus on her health and seek out more Myositis therapy.

Samantha is currently filming for ‘Kushi’ with Vijay Deverakonda after completing the final schedule of ‘Citadel’ India opposite Varun Dhawan in Serbia. The final filming schedule for the movie will be finished in two or three days. As we all know, she is still the crowd's favorite and has always been a meticulous professional, putting up a good fight.
Kushi, a romance drama directed by Siva Nirvana, marks Samantha and Vijay Deverakonda's second collaboration onscreen following Mahanati. The Mythri Movie Makers-produced film, starring Samantha and Vijay Deverakonda, is slated for worldwide release on September 1, 2023.

On the other side, ‘Citadel India’, directed by Raj&DK, is scheduled to premiere on Amazon Prime Video in September 2023. However, no precise release date has been declared as of yet. Varun Dhawan and Samantha, who are the major characters in Citadel India, just wrapped up a lengthy and significant Serbian shoot.
