On the eve of Telugu superstar Allu Arjun's birthday, the team behind the highly anticipated 2021 sequel Pushpa: The Rule released a video showing the actor in his new look for the film. A teaser trailer advertising an upcoming film revealed a few days ago that Pushpa had broken out of prison. On the eve of Arjun's birthday, the full video has finally emerged, revealing the results of Pushpa's escape and confirming that he is still very much alive and prepared to rule.
Pushpa, who is shown to have been shot eight times by the police but whose body has yet to be located, is the first subject of the most recent video. Protests erupt after Pushpa is shot; many of his supporters express their gratitude for the many times he helped them out with the stolen money. Late in the video, Pushpa is seen strolling through the woods, smiling at the camera.
Now, Allu Arjun took to his social media to share the look of his character in the film as a birthday gift to his fans.

Upon its initial release in December 2021, the film Pushpa The Rise quickly shattered several box office records. The film has earned over Rs 100 crore in the Hindi market alone, and over Rs 300 crore in total from all of its versions around the world. The Rule will reactivate Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil, as stated by Pushpa. Mythri Movie Makers will release the film in 2023.
