Samantha Ruth Prabhu has created a name for herself in the film industry. She has successfully established herself as a versatile actor, be it owing to her good looks or her excellent acting skills. She began her career in 2010 with Ye Maaya Chesave and cemented herself as a leading figure in Hindi entertainment with The Family Man 2 (2021). She has captured the hearts of millions around the world.
Furthermore, her fame is soaring internationally. The Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM), which will commence on August 12, has invited the adored diva as a guest. During her visit to IFFM, Samantha will engage with her fans, give a speech, and talk about her profession.
Due to the COVID-19 surge, the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne was hosted virtually the previous year. She participated in the festival again in 2021 and won the "Best Performance Female (series)" award. She expressed gratitude to the film festival and said, ‘‘I wish that I was able to do this in person. Just listening to the immense talent before me is an award by itself. It is truly an honour”.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be next seen in Yashoda and Shaakuntalam. She is also in talks for a Bollywood debut alongside Ayushmann Khurrana. She will also star in Kushi alongside Vijay Deverakonda.
