In preparation for playing his first triple role in Ajayante Randam Moshanam, the actor shared the first character poster from the movie on his social media accounts. Tovino Thomas is portrayed in the intriguing poster sporting a never-before-seen style, including long hair, a thick beard and eyebrows, kohled eyes, tattooed arms, and attire from a bygone era. The poster promises that there will be some intense action scenes showcased by the leading actor standing in front of a mob while holding a lit torch.

Director Jithin Lal, a newbie, is in charge of the much-awaited production, which is billed as a fantasy entertainer. Tovino Thomas plays the three main characters in the film Ajayante Randam Moshanam: Ajayan, Maniyan, and Kunji Kelu. Three different time periods—1900, 1950, and 1990—are said to be explored in the film. In October 2022, filming on the movie—which is apparently being done in 3D—began in Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu. Later, the film's producers shared a hopeful announcement teaser on social media.
