While the creators chose to keep quiet about the news, rumors circulated that the show would conclude its run on the Colors channel this weekend. As per reports, that the supernatural was rumoured to be continued until the month of August. ‘Naagin 6’ was abruptly cancelled instead of being delayed further due to a sudden change in plans made by the higher-ups. Unexpectedly, Tejasswi Prakash and Vatsal Sheth's program is coming to an explosive conclusion this weekend.

After over a year and a half and five months, ‘Naagin’ season 6 is coming to an end at a time when many shows have been cancelled. Considering that a number of dramas have failed to connect with viewers, this is a significant accomplishment. Ekta Kapoor's show on Colors channel maintained respectable ratings compared to other weekday programs despite numerous cast changes and leaps.
It should be mentioned that it is still unclear if the last episode of ‘Naagin 6’ will show on July 9 or July 16. Although it seems sense that the channel didn't want to drag the show, industry insiders questioned why the producers had not heavily marketed the grand finale given that ‘Naagin 6’ is their most successful fiction series.
"The decision has been taken. Neerja will launch on July 10 and air for seven days a week, replacing ‘Naagin 6’ on weekends. ‘ShivShakti’, which premiered on June 19, will also get extended to Saturday and Sunday. There were mumours that ‘Naagin 6’ will extend till August but the drop in TRPs is said to be the reason why the channel decided to not drag the show anymore," a source exclusively told an entertainment news portal.

Vatsal Sheth, who co-stars with Poulomi Das and Maheck Chahal in ‘Naagin 6’, just made his debut as the new lead opposite Tejaswi Prakash. While the ‘Bigg Boss 15’ winner was on screen as Pragati, he played the character of Raghav.
