Jaskaran, a 21-year-old from a small village in Punjab, has become the first crorepati on the 15th season of 'Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC)'. He also became the first contestant to attempt the final ₹7 crore question.

The promo for the upcoming episodes shows Amitabh Bachchan announcing Jaskaran's win of ₹1 crore. We then see a flashback of Jaskaran's journey on the show, from his humble beginnings in Punjab to his success on the hot seat. Jaskaran says that he is one of the few graduates from his village and that he is preparing for the UPSC entrance exam.
The promo ends with Amitabh posing the final ₹7 crore question to Jaskaran. The question is about the history of India. Jaskaran is seen sighing and gulping down a glass of water as he attempts the ultimate question.
The episodes featuring Jaskaran winning the ₹1 crore question and attempting the ₹7 crore one will air on Sony Entertainment Television at 9 pm on September 4 and 5.
'KBC' is the Hindi adaptation of the popular British quiz show 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire?' Amitabh has been hosting the show since its first season in 2000, with the exception of the third one, which was hosted by Shah Rukh Khan.

The show has had several crorepatis over the years, but no one has been able to win the ₹7 crore question. Jaskaran will be the first contestant to attempt the question, and it will be interesting to see if he can make history.
