Is Uorfi really getting arrested?

Many aspects of the video appear weird. To begin, Uorfi is shown fully clothed for the cameras to film her. Second, why was the arrest not carried out at Uorfi's residence? Third, why did the policemen transport her in a luxury sedan rather than a police van?
