On Saturday, actor Varun Dhawan finished filming the Serbian episodes of his new action web series ‘Citadel’.

Varun posted a photo from his stories on Instagram with the caption "It's a wrap in Serbia boys and girls," along with fire emoticons. Varun could be seen standing in the photo alongside Saqib Saleem and the directors Raj and DK. Saqib first published the article with the title "Schedule wrap.”

The international version features Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra as the main performers. The ‘Citadel’ India release date is still pending. Amazon Prime Video will host the world premiere of Varun's ‘Citadel’. Varun Dhawan, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, and President Droupadi Murmu recently met in Serbia.
Along with Janhvi Kapoor, Varun also has ‘Bawaal’ on his resume. The Nitesh Tiwari-directed movie, which also has Janhvi Kapoor in the major role, will debut exclusively on Prime Video in July in India and in 200 other countries and territories. The movie began filming in Lucknow in April of last year, and the crew then flew to Amsterdam, Netherlands. Varun and Janhvi's first on-screen partnership is in ‘Bawaal’. The actor from ‘Student of the Year’ will also appear in ‘Bhediya 2’ in addition to this.
