Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh will appear together for the first time on ‘Koffee With Karan Season 8’ in the first episode, which will air on October 26. As ‘Koffee with Karan’ returns for season 8, it will be hosted by its most popular and versatile presenter, Karan Johar. The first episode of the most anticipated season couldn't get much better as star-couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh appear on the Koffee sofa for the first time ever, spilling the beans about their marriage, proposal, and more.
Ranveer Singh revealed to Karan Johar on ‘Koffee With Karan’ season 8 that 'Simmba' director Rohit Shetty completed the film's shoot ahead of schedule so that Ranveer could attend his wedding to Deepika Padukone.
In response, he stated, “I called Rohit bhai and I said that aisa-aisa hai. He was like, thik hai, day night shoot karke khatam karenge tu jaa jee le apni zindagi. (I called Rohit Shetty and explained to him. He said OKAY, we’ll wrap up the shoot by working around the clock. You go and live your life).
Speaking about it, he stated, "We shot day and night 24 hours a day, seven days a week, towards the end of ‘Simmba’ so I could make it for my wedding. Then I boarded the plane."
Season 8 of ‘Koffee with Karan’ will premiere exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar on October 26th. This time, the chats will be edgier, crazier, and frank, with no place for escape, to spice up your life and bring you closer to your favourite performers.
