These terms explain the responsibilities that come with using FridayRelease, contributing to its catalogue and taking part in its community and Industry services.

1. About these terms
FridayRelease is operated by BOPPO ENTERTAINMENT PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U92100MH2021PTC364362, at Office No. A220/1, 2nd Floor, Eastern Business District, LBS Marg, Bhandup West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400078, India. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean the Company, and “you” means a person using the service.
These terms apply to use of the website and the features it provides. Please also read our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
2. Accounts and security
Some features require an account. Provide accurate information, keep access to your email and sign-in provider secure, and do not share one-time sign-in codes. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account.
Do not create or use accounts to impersonate someone, evade moderation or manipulate ratings, reviews or other activity. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
3. Catalogue information and editorial content
FridayRelease brings together films, release information, people, credits and Stories. Records can change, and release dates and other details may be incomplete or disputed. A source label or verification status describes the basis for a record; it is not a guarantee that every detail will remain current.
You may send factual corrections with supporting sources. We review proposals before they change the catalogue and may decline, edit or reverse a change where the evidence requires it.
4. Reviews and community participation
Reviews and other community submissions are the views of their authors. Be honest, relevant and respectful of other people's rights.
You must not post unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative or privacy-invading material. Do not impersonate another person, publish private information without an appropriate basis, infringe intellectual property or submit information you know is false.
Do not use automation, multiple accounts, coordinated voting or undisclosed incentives to manipulate the service. We may decline, restrict or remove material that breaches these terms or applicable law.
5. Contributions and content you submit
Submit only information and material you are entitled to provide. You retain the rights you hold in your own submissions. To operate the service, you grant us a non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, display and technically adapt the material you submit for publication on FridayRelease, including thumbnails and format changes.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your material to the Company. Third-party material remains subject to its owner's rights. You are responsible for having the permissions needed for a submission and for the accuracy of any rights declaration you make.
Accepted factual contributions become part of the catalogue history. Requests concerning public attribution, privacy or removal can be sent through our grievance channel.
6. Professional and company profiles
When applying for a listing or claiming a record, state your relationship to the person or company accurately and provide genuine supporting evidence. Do not claim an identity or authority you do not hold.
Permission to manage a profile applies to the features made available under that permission. It does not give ownership of the catalogue record or the right to rewrite historical credits, remove lawful criticism or control our editorial decisions.
A listing, an approved claim or a published professional profile is not a guarantee of someone's skills, reliability or suitability for a project. Authority may be restricted or withdrawn when evidence is false, a representative's mandate ends or a dispute requires review.
7. Industry enquiries and requirements
Industry features help people discover services, publish requirements and make enquiries. Provide accurate project and contact information and share only details you intend the recipient to receive.
You and the other party are responsible for checking identity, authority, availability, commercial terms and suitability before entering an arrangement. An enquiry or listing does not mean FridayRelease is a party to a contract, employer, agent or guarantor.
Do not use enquiries for spam, fraud, harassment or unlawful offers. Any agreement, payment or dispute between participants remains subject to the terms they agree and applicable law.
8. Intellectual property and permitted use
The site's design, software, editorial material and catalogue compilation are protected by applicable law. Rights belong to the Company, its licensors or the relevant contributors and rights holders.
You may link to FridayRelease and share individual page links. Do not systematically scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the service, bypass access restrictions, interfere with its operation or use our branding in a way that suggests an unauthorised association. Uses permitted by applicable law remain available.
9. Third-party links, embeds and advertising
Links, trailers and other embeds may lead to third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control those services. Advertising or promotional material does not mean we endorse every claim made by an advertiser.
If a paid service is offered, its price and applicable purchase, cancellation and refund terms should be reviewed before you buy it.
10. Availability and limits
We work to maintain the service, but it may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn. Information is provided on an “as available” basis. Use appropriate independent checks before relying on a record for an important decision.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all records and submissions will be complete, accurate or current. Any limitation operates only to the extent allowed by applicable law and does not exclude a liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Restriction, closure and complaints
We may restrict access or an account where there is a breach of these terms, fraud, abuse or a legal requirement. You may stop using the service and ask us about closing your account or handling your information through the Privacy Policy.
For copyright, impersonation, privacy, disputed authority or unlawful-content complaints, contact our Grievance Officer under the Grievance & Rights Policy. You do not need an account to complain.
12. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to any mandatory right to bring a matter before another competent forum, disputes concerning these terms fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Changes apply subject to any notice or consent required by law.
